Einike Pilli, DTh, has done research on lifelong education. Works at the Foundation Archimedes as general leader of the programme promoting the quality of university education. Acts as trainer for university professors, school teachers and university students. Participates in the work of Tartu Salem Baptist Church as lay member. Together with her husband Toivo they are raising three sons: Iisak, Siimeon and Timoteos.
